| Experience and qualifications |
The Visa Essentials team is headed by Jane Price. As a Registered Migration Agent, Jane has studied for and passed with Distinction the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice. She has received extensive, specific and in-depth training on the laws governing Australian visa applications, how such applications should be made, and how migration agencies must operate. |
Unlike the majority of other agents, Jane also spent 5 years studying law, obtaining a Law Degree from Sydney University, one of Australia's premier universities. She has an in-depth understanding of Australian legal concepts and how to prepare persuasive submissions. |
All visa applications will be prefaced by a detailed submission which will present the reasons why your application should be approved in a clear, concise and highly persuasive way, thus greatly enhancing your chances of success. In addition to her legal training Jane spent many years writing in-depth business cases arguing the need for multi-million dollar developments within the UK healthcare system, which has further enhanced her written and verbal communication skills. |
Jane has personal experience of the migration process and can thus relate to and empathise closely with you. She migrated to the UK in the 1990s, which involved applying for and holding several different types of visas covering her stay. She lived there for 12 years before returning to Australia with her English family, which necessitated applying for a partner visa, parent visas and obtaining Australian citizenship by descent for her children. Upon returning to Australia Jane worked as a Relocation Consultant, assisting migrants and their families with settling in to their new lives in Australia. She thus has an in-depth understanding of your various needs and requirements, including those stretching beyond the visa application process. |
